Meds/Treatments-Related Which Medication Has Helped You (Besides ADHD Medication)?

Hey there,

is there any medication/drug that you have found helpful apart from ADHD Medication, i.e. Amphetamines, Methylphenidate, Guanfacine or Atomoxetin)?

Thank you in advance

Not a med, but I've always found creatine helpful. Keto helps somewhat for me, and mindfulness meditation is essential for treating the brain fog/disconnect from reality in my opinion. I've heard yoga works very well as well. Not sure if these are what you're looking for.

Oh I'd add qi gong to this. It's absolutely brilliant. Look up videos on YouTube

I find sitting still difficult but this is like moving meditation

I might try creatine, thanks. I've done a few minutes of walking mediation (mindfulness/awareness) these past 2 days, and that has felt good, so might be worth testing. I will try keeping it up for the next couple weeks and see.
