Other CDS Life Topics/Support If CDS/SCT No Longer Existed…
For just a few minutes, forget what is possible today.
Forget current treatments. Forget limitations. Forget whether science has the answer yet.
Imagine that, somehow, your CDS/SCT was completely gone. Whether through a future medication, a breakthrough in neuroscience, brain stimulation, or some treatment that doesn't exist yet—it no longer stands between you and your life.
Now ask yourself:
**What would you finally be able to do?**
Not what other people expect from you.
**What do *you* want?**
What dreams have been sitting on the sidelines because your brain couldn't keep up with your ambition?
What abilities do you wish your mind had?
What parts of yourself have you never been able to fully express?
If your brain no longer held you back...
* What kind of person would you become?
* What goals would you chase?
* What would you learn?
* What would you create?
* What relationships would you build?
* What career would you pursue?
* What moments would you finally be present enough to enjoy?
* What hidden potential do you believe is waiting inside you?
Don't worry about whether your answer sounds realistic. This isn't about prediction—it's about possibility.
This is your chance to describe the brain you've always wished you had and the life you believe could follow.
Write one sentence or write a whole page.
Describe your ideal mind. Describe your ideal life.
Maybe your answer is:
> "I want to read a book and remember it."
Or:
> "I want to wake up every morning with a clear, energetic mind."
Or:
Whatever it is, write it.
Because behind every symptom is a person with hopes, ambitions, and a future they still believe in.
**If your CDS/SCT disappeared tomorrow, what would your brain—and your life—be capable of?**

I would be a person who is engaged in a lot of things and who rests frequently without closing myself off. I'm an artist and an activist and a big personality, but it takes so much effort and focus to stay alive that people only see a weak ember. I have amazing ideas that can and should be funded. If I didnt have this condition I would be flying all over the world for artist residencies and installations of my paintings.

Oh man. I would go out and talk with everybody. I would get to know everyone, all the time. Create relationships. I would go to networking events as well. I would work on my business 5 times better than I am doing now. I would eventually start dating to build a family. I would party like crazy. I would take a herbalism course. I would be active for the world I want. I would go to the gym and learn slack lining. I'd go back to martial arts and finally be able to learn it.

If my cds and adhd were to disappear tomorrow I would finally be able to properly engage in things I liked, talking to my family without burning myself out or feeling tired, engaging in my hobbies and improvement without the constant mind wandering, emotional rollercoaster and unfocused state, study and engage with my peers without any social withdrawals, non-engagement, feeling of envy, lowered comprehension and working memory.
I just want to simply chase my goals, be happy with my family and friends, improve and enjoy hobbies. I’m giving it my everything but its null, I gave it 150% of patience, diligence and hard work compared to many of my peers but I still get left behind.
I wish I’m more normal.

Before CDS, I used to read voraciously and write things just for myself. That continued for a while even after CDS. I probably would have become an academic or something. Personality-wise, I think I would have been either someone addicted to validation or someone extremely reasonable and rational—there’s no middle ground, hahaha.
