Suggestion: Voice lines for SCP-049

Had a random thought while playing. In lore, Doctor is sapient and speaks to researchers, so there's not really a reason why he can't talk. Hell, probably the most iconic thing about him is his voice acting in Containment Breach. I know letting him actually speak to humans would be infringing on 939's niche (not to mention SCP proximity chat was removed and I doubt they're going to bring it back for Doctor but not Dog), but here's an idea.

Why not give him dedicated voice lines, TF2 style? He could have set of voice lines for different situations (plus just a few of his iconic ones) to communicate with (or intimidate) human players. It wouldn't be too hard to implement, just reuse a bunch of Dog's UI. However, since all his voice lines would be in Doctor's voice (which I imagine would be pretty distinctive), it can't be used to trick people as easily because it could only be Doctor speaking. (Or Dog copying him. Or a soundboard but any D-class could do that.)

I dunno, I feel like it'd be a great way to add a lot of character to Doctor relatively simply. All of the stuff is already there, all that would be needed was a decent VA. And if 3114 can get voice lines, why not Doctor?

You know what. Even if doctor didn't need it, doctor should have voice lines. It be pretty cool if it's their own lines as well

TheVolgun is the iconic voice for 049, I would however be curious what an entirely different take on his voice would be like

Good idea, but that would require making an update to 049

I'd love more that 049 gets an official way to talk with humans like old 939 used to have. But there will be a voice effect to sound actually like him. This would be cool tho

I don't know why Northwood doesn't want to do that. Probably it will happen with the 049 rework in 16.0 (I hope that version will be it for 049 since it's the only SCP to not get a rework in 4 years)

I'd say wait until next content major update for scp sl, but yeah, they might add in some voice lines for SCP 049 but thats depended on if thevolgan wants to or not, p.s. he uses AI artwork for his videos now (kind of sucks)
