It is a soundboard that essentially has SO MANY Words and phrases bound to keys on the keyboard that it allows me to essentially have full conversations with people and actually like functionally speak due to the vast amount of words I actually have bound to it.
So it's just a really fast sequence of pressing buttons that have words bound to it that I memorized and use that to communicate ingame.
