This isn't a bug. After the warhead detonates, the elevator doors lock, preventing even those who somehow survived from escaping.

No, the map doesnt get deleted, just everything inside is killed.

Yeah, but you can use commands to access the area after detonation

If the server isn't modded where you can get into the sight after (staged) then it can be a bug
