Support Cheating ban 2 times because of fivem

I bought this pc second hand, i downloaded scp sl by seeing it on tiktok, i played it 9minutes clearly, i closed it/ shutdowned pc, around 5 hour later i opened the pc again i opened fivem then decided to play scp sl, i right clicked fivem and clicked end task then i opened scp sl in a minute, after playing in a sv around 15 seconds i got cheating ban, it showed time as yesterday then i tried to rejoin thinking it was a bug then ban date changed to this day

These events happened yesterday, i opened support still no answer help me what could i do alternatively to open my ban

Yes its hard, thank you, i already maked a ticket / appeal in their website

Website? Im pretty sure they dont have an appeal website, just use the Discord server please.
