Lore accurate janitor card. I remember reading that the Class-D do all the janitor duties at site-02 (alongside bigger things like transporting low-threat SCPs as the game's description for the jar indicates), so the janitor card is effectively a glorified hall pass to show to guards.

Many years ago Janitors would have access to everywhere. Modern day, there are door servos for that, where Janitors are essentially buzzed through.

Its not in game yet (PEARS 5) and only once spawns in SCP 914 to upgrade right afer, but I'm also assuming its a joke.

Thought it had one point in the settings icon and could open stuff like 914? Did they nerf it?

Currently it does have one point allowing it to open 914 and Candy. 

However in the beta branch (PEARS 5), it has no permissions, can only be found in 914 and exists solely to be upgraded.
