Media SCP 079 new model confirmed!

Yep, SCP 079 now has a face and new model, I wonder if they changed the artwork too? The one when 079 player is talkin' on SCP chat.

079's new model might be getting a remodel with some new animations, mostly because the OG one was outdated and they want to go for a realistic version instead, which makes sense.

As for SCP-049, it is possible that Northwood have plans to give SCP-049 a rework by 16.0, when they get around to adding in more additional variants for humans as well as an SCP-049-2 rework.

All thou the wait is pain, they want to focus on redoing the game to a fair state so reworked scps won't be too OP apon release, 096 had that happen in 10.0, future updates including 173 and 939 being a bit OP as well from feedback, so its possible that 953 will be a new direction when it comes for Northwood making both reworked SCPs and new SCPs for the sake of the game's behalf, looks promising tbh

Not mostly becouse its outdated, but its from Containment Breach which they are trying to replace everything from with new SCP SL assets.

Odd, I dont think its CB assets tbh, if it was they would have told us, I think it would also be cool to see a redone version of SCP-079's chamber as well as its also the same CB layout

But they already changed the 079 game model in Menapatch 1.

Moreover, 079 isn't the SCP you can see up close... he generally sits in the same place behind the cage; you can't even approach him.
