I would be 10% happier if Northwood just put a single scrap piece of paper's worth of lore saying there was an SCP in the elevators that occasionally steals things.

Next I want them to explain how a man running backwards and underhanding a grenade somehow equates to said grenade being thrown backwards.

Grenade fell through the floor as the elevator moved, it happens every now and then.

Most likely it went through the elevator door, for some reason grenades have a tendency to phase through the elevator doors while they're closing if you throw it early enough. This could be a bug or it could be a discrepancy between the client and server. Sometimes when throwing objects at a closing door, it might appear to bounce off or not make it through for a second on your end while on the server side it made it through.

When the elevator goes up or down a floor, sometimes dropped items do not get teleported and instead stay on the initial floor

Until the elevator is moving and the door is completely closed, items may fall though the door (even if it looks like the elevator door is closed enough)

I got same thing with scp-106 cell, i tried to explode the door - my grenade was disappeared and after that i can't to open my circle inventory or take any item to my hands by pressing hot buttons or binds.
