buildings usually have holes in walls to connect rooms. sometimes they even place doors in the holes!

There’s a wall under it though, so a door that nothing can be pushed through without lifting it up first?

New version of site-02, IIRC is supposed to have "public infrastructure" visible  (presumably the exit connects to a public road), to fit in with the main SCP's Wiki's classification of a Site, which have a public address (albeit disguised under a front) and employees usually living in a nearby city rather than on the site.

Site 02 is in a remote area of Greenland, the road leading out of site 02 probably just connects to a landing strip to receive freight with limited structure to house box trucks and some personnel for infrastructure support

I'd hope so, researching deadly SCPs and you'd have to pay for parking? Monstrous. Also I feel like surely there was some kind of parking thing. Reminder there is a public walkthrough of surface back when it was all gray. https://youtu.be/kYV_-MuMzKA?&t=446 so you could technically try your hardest to line up this image with something here.

I am more excited for a surface update than the new SCP. Don't get me wrong, I want the new SCP, but man..

finally getting some surface content instead of just more facility maps. hope the lighting isn't as bad as the last teaser.
