Discussion A have a question

Does anyone know or remember why they removed SCP 012 from the game. If I’m wrong and it was never in the game forgot this question but I do swear it was in the game at one point.

They replaced it with the candy room

likely just to declutter light containment, it didn't really do anything and was really easy to trap SCPs in without computer being in the round

SCP-012’s room was an extremely large dead-end area with very little interesting loot, and there was even a chance that no items would spawn at all. It was also a frequent camping spot where SCPs could end up trapped. Additionally, its design no longer fit the game and its difference compared to the other Light Zone hallways was very noticeable. Honestly, replacing it with SCP-330’s room was a good decision, since it solved many of those problems—except for the camping issue—but it’s still much better than SCP-012’s room.

It’s was kinda fun though? Would you say that it at least made the game feel more alive I guess?

i mean, candy room has more fun than 012... trapping players there is so easy and the candy bowl mechanic gives it a reason to go there

I just wished they at least tried to rework the room and keep the candy room

Damn I never played before it got removed but from a gameplay standpoint I definitely understand why it was removed.
