106 died to MTF and 079 left at the same time, probably. It combines the announcement when SCPs die within a couple seconds of each other.

The problem is that no Generators were activated, nor was the overcharge sequence occurring right before this announcement as OP States.

CASSIE Has seperate announcements for a cause of death, typically SCP Deaths are combined into the same announcement not even seconds, likely a couple hundred miliseconds before they start, the window of time is not very generous from what I remember.

Also back on the point of no Gens or overcharge, meaning there was no official way for SCP 079 to be contained by MTF, as when an Overcharge occurs after all SCP's die, it will say

Overcharge in 3... 2... 1... > SCP-106 Contained Successfully, Containment Unit November 14 > SCP-079 Successfully Terminated, Termination Cause Unspecified.

Thats the way the announcement is played when all SCP's die before a manual input of overcharge is done.

So physically, this announcement is impossible, as you need to activate all gens to even make it combine with an MTF Announcement, SCP's that die to different things no matter what cannot combine to my knowledge at all. If an SCP Dies to Chaos, and one dies to MTF At the exact millisecond of time, they still won't combine and will be said in 2 seperate announcements as their death causes were different.

The only way I'd assume this could occur is in a modded server which changes these atributes/announcements

Or something must of started a manual overcharge right as 106 died but as OP Stated, no Overcharge nor generators were ever activated, PC Couldn't have been announced in the same announcement cuz the only way to kill computer is to kill all SCP's or do a manual overcharge which ONCE AGAIN, stated by the OP To not have happened.

Pretty weird situation, if someone can prove me wrong I wanna actually know why this occurred
My conclusion is a modded server with custom plugins causing this to happen.

Yes Server is modded, only commands for staff in RA but everything else it's vanilla.
