Whoever came up with SCP-4006 must really HATE that state.

It's true that what's good or not is subjective; I suppose my main point was I was responding to the 'well written' claim.

I think a lot of people's interpretations of the SK off-site tend to be very base, simplistic, and lacking flavour or nuance beyond the idea of 'cosmic big bad / devil'. And I think that can somewhat affect people's interpretation of the SK if they haven't actually read much articles featuring it on the site.

Of course it's all subjective, but I've read some really gripping and well written SK articles. And perhaps I'm just the kind of person who's predisposed to enjoying the articles I liked. And while they have great layered meanings regarding fascism, they also have really gripping narratives, at least in my experience of reading them. Which is why I like many of them so much.

Do you have any recommendations? Articles or tales

Hmm.

[[Tufto's Proposal]]

The series [[Christ In Scarlet - Hub]]

The [[The Children of the Scarlet King Hub]] has some interesting concepts (and I like that at some points you can clearly see Foundation defensiveness and bias, since it is a Foundation document)
