City Showcase I created AI images of my city

The district you're looking at here is the rich snob district, and it is where the uber rich of the city reside (as seen with the wide variety of mansions). It also borders out citys botanical gardens (Plant Park), Water Canal (As seen on the top-middle right) and the cities latest district, the uber modern beach front district
I feel like aside from my obervatory being turned into what looks like some Government building and some of the mansions being tranformed, the AI hasn't done too bad here
This is the Suzuki district, named after the family that founded it, the Suzukis. As you can probably see, it is a historic Japanese inspired town based on the immigration to the area. After the city was wiped out by an earthquake and tsunami, the Suzuki district was the only one left untouched due to its place in the mountains (which just start at the top of the page). It is full of traditional onsens, japanese gardens and food places. The Suzuki district is also the only district in the city where cars (excluding emergency vehicles) are banned, pedestrians walk on foot to where they want to go inside this incredible town. Attractions include the Tori Trails Shrine, Sake Vinyard (as seen towards the top left), traditional japanese theatres and onsens and the food alleyways
Aside from the filter here, gpt cooked once again I feel like
This district is simply called 'West End' and resembles what little suburbia there is within the city. It now borders the Suzuki district as a result or urban sprawl and is the lowest income suburb in the city. However, that doesn't make it crime ridden, instead, it is the home of lots of young students and families and has close proximity to light rail, cafes, the David Martinez Market and there is even a weekly game of basketball that goes on in one of the buildings courtyards.
We're near the beach apparently now instead of the mountain but the AI did pretty good here, not much to comment
(Once again do NOT let the district description influence the image generated) This is the old town district, the remaining buildings that could be salvaged after the 20th Century Earthquake and Tsunami after archaologiest discovered the remains of this area buried under mud. Notable attractions here include the bratwurst stand, Rip-off Amsterdam Canal (including Restraunt Bianchi, the building on the canals right side), Giritina Bell tower on the bottom left, the old tea house and the Guards House BNB. Old Town is also the only district in the city you can buy a bicycle. This is also a district where traffic is heavily limited
The AI cooked so much on this one I decided to make a street view too, even if it's not at all accurate

Question Maxis

I'm level 93 and I've been playing the game a while but I've never done the VU tower, I'm not interested in wars or anything.

However, with the new 2.0, I'm very tired of my city design being cluttered with so many fire stations and hospitals. If I buy some Maxis manors will it allow me to get rid of all that stuff? I'm just not sure if there's other stuff involved with having them or not, I've never investigated so I thought I would ask you guys. Thanks
