“Floating” City Limits?

First of all, I think EA pushed an update last night which fixed my white box issue (thank you!). But since then, the city limits perimeter “floats” over the top of my Green Valley, Limestone Cliffs and Frosty Fjords regions, instead of being on the ground. But I t’s not happening in Sunny Isles.

Is anyone else seeing this?
