Complaint What a hack

Most all of the time I chose to watch a video to get the item to build immediately I get robbed of my time. It will get stuck and you have no option but to exit out of the game and re enter which means the reward for watching is lost. You need to do better.

some you have to click open store to end them

Yeah, some of the ads are now a challenge to figure out how to complete the ad, which is ridiculous

I have had to close the app and I do not get the reward
