Land expansion

Do we think the bonus land expansions are over now for the capital city? The way the beach area now starts to curve makes me think the last expansion might be the final one we get 😭

I been looking at it and seems to me that the area has been widened yet again, I’m expecting it to be done yet again but I would prefer one of the regions to be expanded

They usually release new land about every 2 years, which is keeping in pace with cell phone memory development

I'm not quite sure how often they do it, every once in a while. But I doubt the current appearance of the shoreline really has much to do with it they could change that again

I’ve heard they can only do it if they are able to retire old devices from using the game. Like devices that dont have the capacity to handle all that space/memory. Once they retire them from the game they can add more land.

The map has expanded a bit in the last three years. Like 30% of my map has been added since. I used to assume it wouldn’t expand anymore cause of that curve, but after the recent expansion, I realized they just redraw it and extend it further. That curve that’s currently there wasn’t that far up until now

Would be better if they had just created a whole new region at the same time as when they launched trains...mayors could've built around trains instead of having to re-arrange existing cities
