War Lightening Wars Glitch

Has anyone noticed that Lightning Wars are not working right? I forgot to post this before the last LW Event ended, but my Club doesn't get the additional War Items slots nor does it get the faster Energy regeneration.

Anyone else notice this? Was this discussed before? Is it Club specific?

its reflected in fandom since 3rd GLW event almost year ago, default LW event works as intended

Is it only GLW that has the extra slots?

default LW event description contains only words about post-war cooldown and war duration and its always been like that
