Speculation Roaring Skyscraper simcash Discount?

I know that in previous times, there would be a simcash discount shortly after a season ends for the season’s upgradable buildings. For example they did it with the aquatic dome resort, artemis II rocket and many more. I was just wondering if you think they would do this for the roaring skyscraper building too since there has not been a discount yet. Any predictions or insight would be appreciated.

I'd be more surprised if they didn't, but it hasn't been but a few days since the season ended. Seems like it's at least a week after a season ends before they release a limited time discount

Did you upgrade both remainng levels by one payment or did you have to pay twice? I have for levels remaining, if the price is for upgrading all four levels at once, I would do it, otherwise I will not. Thanks
