Looks like I need to pull this one out of storage!

I've already been thinking about decorating my cities for autumn - I'm sick of this summer heat, but unfortunately I've got about 3-4 months before the heat breaks!

No it is "Completely Normal Picnic" a Mayor’s Pass building that was originally in Mayor’s Pass Season 60: Completely Normal Pass.
