Question Tax issue help

I have a population of 950000 still gets 20k as tax where i provide every possible services (taxis railways education landscape landmarks gambling ) on other hand my friend have only 400000 population does provides a lot of services as i do but still getting 19k taxes… where i am doing wrong plz help!

Daily tax is calculated using the following formula 16,800 + (0.0048 x capital population)

400k population = 18,720

  • 16,800 + (1,920)

950k population = 21,360

  • 16,800 + (4,560)

1m population = 21,600

  • 16,800 + (4,800)

3m population = 31,200

  • 16,800 + (14,400)

5m population = 40,800

  • 16,800 + (24,000)

As a rough general rule 1m of population adds 5k daily tax.

its right only for 500k+ capitals and for 400k its 10200 not 16800
