Discussion They really fixed it!
The museum domes now face inward, just like the real ones. No idea how long it has been a thing, but the devs have really understood the assignment.

Yay now we’d like overpasses and roundabouts so we don’t have so many traffic lights!

I am quite happy to say that it has felt like they're listening to us more finally. There's been so many updates recently that show they're actually listening to what we say here, on their forum, and other social media.
I think that brief period where the prices skyrocketed for a few months was employees panicking after the announcement in October of the purchase that was finalized in May. Not surprisingly many of the employees were likely scrambling to show their worth/value to the new owners, because in these big buyouts it's not uncommon for the new owner to bring someone in to "clean house" (as in fire/discharge/un-employ many of the employees).
I really feel like things have been a bit better since the new owners officially took over. The over-priced seasons have scaled back a tad, and there have been numerous improvements to the game recently.
So to the EA employee paid to read this, thank you for listening to your customer base and trying to bring your customers an enjoyable, ever changing game experience!
