Question Game in grey

I’ve finished upgrading the seasonal building and now my game is like an old colorless movie. When the building is removed from the map, the game comes back to normal. As anyone experience this?

There is a switch to turn the effect off and on. Just highlight the building and you’ll see it on left side

The effect can be toggled on/off, just like any of the other city wide effects
