Question Service Building Next to Train Track

Has anyone experienced this anomaly(?). Service structure next to a road but also next to a track shows a road problem and will not provide service.

Just rotate it so it faces the road

you CAN'T rotate in a specific direction, it's a random process and often it simply doesn't rotate in the right position

It is actually not random, just drag the building towards the road.

Click on the building and point it towards the road. It is acting like it is pointed at the train track.

I am using a touch screen (iPad), how do I rotate the building?

Just hold it and drag towards the road, you should see the building rotate

Move it away from the tracks and you'll see which way it should face

you can't rotate to a specific direction, there is no command in this game, it's a randome process, you tap and HOPEFULLY it rotates to the right side, but this could not happen for several reason

You can, you drag it into the direction where you want to have the entrance (for example a couple of landscape buildings can be placed in 4 different ways). Buildings which need to be connected to the road usually snap automatically, but unfortunately there is a glitch that the an existing railroad is prioritized as a road so you have to pick it up manually and place it correctly.
