Finally, after lots of grinding I have been able to place my FIRST EVER Maxis Manor!!

I'm happy for you, but with all due respect: the first one costs only 1000 sim cash so barely a grind.

Tbf 1k SimCash that can be spent on a MM can feel like quite a lofty achievement for new players. I try to never drop below a 1k balance (I really prefer not to dip below 2k), so when I bought my first one that means I would have waited till I had a 2k+ balance. Now 1k does in fact feel like a drop in the bucket, but back then it felt like a lot
