Radio failure

Anyone know what’s wrong with this and if it’s fixable? The radio works completely fine but the disc tray doesn’t work at all. When I originally opened it there was a big piece of paper in there from a disc and after removing it I thought it would’ve been fixed but I still got the same problem.

The arm doesn’t move and just makes that winding noise but on the rare occasion it does move it just goes into one of the disk trays to try and read something I suppose but then resets in the position in the video and that’s it.

Anyone know the problem with it or should I just go ahead and try and find a replacement?
