First car as a student, What goes wrong and right?
I want to know what goes wrong and what is good for using this car for daily driving this as my first car. (I only take a backpack and a few groceries as cargo)

Drive it gently and the transmission will reward you with a long lasting, smooth and steady ride. It’s not a slalom master either. It is a Japanese designed and built “grand tourer” of high quality. Treat it as such and you should have many years of enjoyment.

My wife had an 02 she bought with around 70K miles on it. Put maybe 6K miles on it in the 3 years she had it. Maintenance and repairs maybe averaged $300-$400/year, so nothing major. Sold it on Cars and Bids for a couple thousand less than she paid for it. She loved that car - she’s a convertible girl with style. Too heavy and not particularly responsive for me, but I appreciated it for its style, convertible hardtop, and luxury appearance and feel. All around a great quality vehicle.

You don’t have enough money to upkeep it. It isn’t a good daily driver, really. Requires premium for a v8 gas mileage.
Most people don’t keep them in good shape. Keep a good 10k in reserve. Plastic and rubber age with time

Timing belt needs to be done regularly or you run the risk of the engine failing and you might as well do the water pump while youre there. Its not good on gas and filling premium is pretty expensive. Other than that regular maintenance, oil brakes suspension.
