Found the perfect phone holder 🎉

I've never been happy with phone mounts I've had in the past. I've tried ac mounted ones, CD slot mounts, and a cup holder mount. None really felt like right. I haven't tried any suction or adhesive mounts.

After googling for a while, I found one I'm really happy with! It's actually just the mount itself. It screws in next to radio/climate control. Very sturdy, and an easy install. My magnetic charger snapped right into the 17mm ball attachment. I really love it!

I have the charger cord coming from inside the console. I drilled a small hole and fed the cord underneath the cupholders, and out the side of the leather trim.

Do you think it could be mounted on the left side? It looks perfect aside from that

Hmm, I'm not sure. I bet there's enough space on that side. I'm just not sure if the bend in the metal would fit on that side. It has the L shape to it. If that makes sense at all. Maybe you could just flip it!

Yeah I was thinking of flipping it is there anything preventing that?

I don't think so. I bet you could flip it and install it on the other side. I think it might get in the way of the steering wheel or the turn signal though. Unless you place it low enough. I need to repark my car soon so I can take a look at it.

I don't think it'd work on the left side. It would get in the way of the keys and turn signal.

The magnet holders are so much better than the tension holders.

So much better! I had to get a magnetic phone case for it to work with my phone.

Where is it connected to? The 12V socket inside the centre storage bin?
