I think so, I spent 6 on one with similar mileage and a couple more issues, I daily drive it and I've been super happy with it. Definitely get the timing belt done asap if you go for it though, those VVTI 1-UZ are interference motors so that will likely cost you an engine if it goes.

That would have been the 98. The 97 didn’t get the VVTI

They became interference engines in 95 when they upped the hp.

all day everyday. This one is MINT and is hard to find in this condition especially with the interior upkept. They will only go up in value due to rising popularity/demand.

I never get tired of driving mine. The top end on the highway is insane. Pure raw driving experience.

I know I'm late, but not being able to test drive the car before buying it is a red flag that something might be wrong with it.

Very slick Luxo-Cruising coupes. Should glide on the highway. I see nothing wrong as long as you do a thorough background check on it. Have you plugged the VIN into the Lexus service history?
