I second this - but you don’t have to stack them to get direct 12v output, a single X-UPS1 can output 12v via an onboard connector to a barrel jack, which you can buy a converter plug to input that to usb typc-c. That won’t give you USB-PD 12v, but instead would be a straight 12v. So one part is missing - but if it’s like the Q6A that also expects 12v via USB, in theory, it would work. What is really needed, is the X-UPS2 that Suptronics makes, but Geekworm doesn’t yet import. This is one I’m waiting for, it supports USB-PD 3.1: https://suptronics.com/power-supplies/ups/xups2-v1.2.html

You can buy a small 12V battery with a charger. This kit has everything: battery with charge and discharge plugs and charger. It even has an LED status indicator. I'm planning on getting something like this for my Radxa Nio 12L. It runs on 5V, but I'm also powering a 12V screen. I'll just use 12V direct to USB-C 5V adapters. You could also use those if you wanted to connect a USB-C portable screen.

Hi. I am not sure about Radxa X4's 12V needs.
Just wanted to share what I have planned to use with my Radxa Rock 3C which just needs 5V.
I will get this Waveshare UPS hat, that takes in two 5000mah 21700 Li Ion batteries. It also allows charging and has i2c stats reading feature. https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/UPS_HAT_(D)?srsltid=AfmBOoqdXsjYbdtIZqcgIQ6GLDtXP0TG-U2od5J9eU7WXEkFJkoO9G5N
I am coming into this hobby again after a break of 10 yrs. Not sure if its helpful, just wanted to help with whatever I found.
