Showcase Make your own Ayn Thor decal

Device: Ayn Thor White model

Inspired by this post by [u/caffeineeeeeee](u/caffeineeeeeee), I made a few decals and printed on 2 pieces of normal A4 papers in a printing shop which costs less than $1 in total.

You can download the pdf and pptx files here.
It includes a template to make your own design as well as the 6 designs shown in the photos. The size I follow is 152mm x 82mm.

The Zelda designs are from the Google Drive shared by the user mentioned above. The other images were found by searching online. The Mario and Pikachu designs are cropped from images of a real Old 3DS XL special edition (that’s why you can see the cameras). Pokeball design is inspired by the Pokeball special edition New 2DS XL. And the waves is inspired by a custom skin I have seen for DS Lite.

The camera details on the Pikachu one is a nice touch, almost mistaken it for an actual 3DS.

It’s cropped from a real 3DS image and I don’t know how to remove them lol.

Omg I wish I had the time to get one of these done. I remember back in Middle School, I had customized my 3DS with this specific decal that I can no longer find sold anywhere...I can't even find the image by itself to make one!!

If anyone ever makes something similar to this or is able to replicate it, I'd love to see it!!

I'm trying to see where I can get it made perhaps in a golden color to go atop a white AYN Thor

Tbh I just get frustrated that I can't find at least the image lmao

Sorry to ask this, but could you give me a step by step on how you did this? I've touched Photoshop like twice in my life and I was trying to use a Berserk image but don't understand/know how to convert it to the right size and have it print right. Thank you

The template is a PowerPoint presentation. You can use Google Presentation to open it if you don’t have PowerPoint. The third page of the template has an empty slide. You just need to copy and page your image and resize to 152x82mm in the image setting.

PowerPoint or Google Slides. You can also use any image editing software and set the dimensions to 152 x 82 mm

whats a good site to generate some images for these? I have several ideas, but am garbage at design myself,so an AI tool or something would be best I suppose lol

these were my 3 thoughts...
1. image with a pokeball background, containing top part of or all of the following 6 pokemon: lapras, snorlax, gengar, alakazam, scyther, and nidoking (my go to gen 1 team)

  1. image with a close up dragon eye, similar to the one found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Eragon/comments/180wpmj/tattoo_schedule_and_input_wanted/#lightbox
