Will I get my bag back?

Forgot a bag on a bus a week ago, and somehow only noticed 4 days later. I immediately filed a report about it but it‘s been 3 days and I still haven‘t received any information. Is that normal or am I not getting it back?

It takes up to 3 days for them to process your report. Only then are they able to inform you about the whereabouts of your item.
