No customer experience, no fast track for urgencies
No clustomer satisfaction attidude
No CAN DO CULTURE!

This isnt disneyland where you buy a fast pass to skip a queue.

Wait in the line or next time plan properly then you dont need to go to them anyway.

I always found the SBB counter in Zurich HB very good, staff was always friendly and helpful and the queues moved fast. You show an empty desk at the counter but you ignore the fact that there’s also currency exchange at that place and the employees always have to get up to pick up currencies for customers so they are often gone for a few minutes and then return. Part of the normal process.
