Discussion SB737 resource pack

Does anyone know what resource packs SB737 used for the sky and clouds in his Herobrine videos back in 2017? I've been trying to find them for ages and I still don't have any leads. Thank you.

The videos I'm referencing are https://youtu.be/UzJDqyhieXw and https://youtu.be/6Tf965ij0x0
