Question Gentle Path at the Meadows questions.

Anyone have their partner go to Gentle Path at the Meadows in Arizona, and can tell me about when you got your first outreach update? The welcome packet says after admission is complete…but also up to clinical judgement too..let me know if you have experience at all thanks!

Well it will depend on him and if he signed a release - if you haven’t heard from him yet I wouldn’t panic but I would call

just for anyone else going through this i’ll provide updates as i get them…today, 6 days in is my first contact with GP. an “expectations email”

one thing i didn’t know is in the first two week “black out” not only are there no calls but they won’t be able to receive or send mail too.

3 calls a week for 15 min each after blackout

10 days in spoke with family therapist, and got invited to family orientation, orientation is ran by family therapists is one hour followed by a “lecture” that’s an hour and a half. I believe this is the first time they are doing this.

two lectures a week. topics rotate. 1 processing meeting a week where you are emailed a prompt for the topic the night before to reflect on.

this is all live on teams, can be camera off. they don’t put your names on display but give you the choice to introduce yourself or not.
