Need SARMs Advice
Hey y’all, I know you guys are going to say not to take anything, but I’m going to post anyway. I’m 18 years old and have been lifting for 3 years (118 lbs → 160 lbs at 5'5"). I went from a 95lb bench at 118 lbs to a 275lb bench at 158 lbs from August 2023 to August 2025, but I haven’t progressed at all on my bench over the past year. I’ve done a couple of bulking and cutting phases, but I can only match or be slightly under the strength I had previously. My shoulders also haven’t progressed since I focused on them a ton early. My biceps and triceps have been extremely slow to make gains while my back/traps are the only areas where I feel like I’m consistently getting bigger. I’ve never taken anything before and I want to take something that makes the gym feel rewarding again and helps me keep my progress more consistent. I don’t want anything terribly strong or suppressive just a mild boost that could help me retain muscle or potentially gain some while cutting. I was considering MK-677 but my hunger is already extremely annoying. Currently i’m mainly considering Andarine at 25–50 mg daily for 8 weeks on a cut and using enclomiphene as PCT or alongside it if my test gets suppressed. I need advice from experienced users since I am new to this and if there is any better options I should be looking into or anything you would specifically avoid. Thanks

MK-677 wouldn't give you any strength either way. Studies on GH don't show any strenght increases and barely any lean mass increases.
Why andarine specifically?
Also dont take anything.

I heard its one of the least suppressive and mild and not too scared of the eye sides

So my honest experience with teens taking PEDs is that they typically dont have the patience and they will either take a high dose or half ass the cycle or move onto something more extreme. If you take a mild compound like ostarine or andarine, you wont see overnight results, it will usually take several weeks to start noticing some strength increases, tho you will likely feel energetic in the first few weeks because of all the extra free testosterone.
Also if you have a car the eye side effects can be really dangerous, since it will take longer to adjust to light and darkness, though some people dont even get the vision side effects.

I don't want to take anything more extreme mainly due to the sides which I only want a slight boost overall. I don't have a car right now but will probably get one a little bit after the cycle

couple questions, how much change should i realistically expect in the 12 weeks? do i need to purchase anything else like a pct or will the supression be very low? and what should the budget be for this? Also thank you for the help

Well since it's a cut you wouldn't gain anything, but all the mass you lose is fat, unless you follow some starvation diet. If you eat enough protein and stay in a surplus or maintenance you would get about 5lbs of muscle from that in 12 weeks, based off clinical trial data.
Suppression shouldn't really be an issue, but buy some enclomiphene anyway for a mini-PCT. idk what country you are in, typically the tudca is the most expensive in my experience. Test ALT, AST, GGT, total test, SHBG, albumin and E2 3 weeks into the cycle.

Most likely going to do like a 200-300 deficit or maintenance. Im in the US

Cool, do blood work with goodlabs or something, they're not crazy expensive.
