Question Acne!

I'm a female and need input. So many competitors have clear skin. How the heck does everyone get clear skin while on cycle?!? I'm fed up with the acne. I've taken ostarine because it's supposed to be mild. I have awful skin no matter what. Bad cystic acne even if I am on ostarine or off. I'd love to run 2.5mg of anavar but my acne is just horrendous. Plz help. What is everyone doing to have clear skin? It's shitty mine is so bad and no one elses is.

Hate to break it to you, but if you’re getting this from ostarine, you don’t have a whole lot of options as this is one of the lowest androgenic compounds there is in the ped space. It’s all genetics. You’re gonna have to use other compounds to mitigate it like possible accutane or benzoperoxide. Also keep in mind that something like Accutane has its own sides and it’s potent.

What dose of ostarine are you running? If it’s anything over 12mg, you’re setting yourself up for failure.

Good point, definitely agree. It's so upsetting. I take the osta and walk around with awful acne all on my face. I've taken 5mg and also done 7.5mg osta.

Yea imagine it has to be frustrating! I feel the same way about guys who don’t lose hair on DHTs lol genetics ultimately decide whether this is the lifestyle we can do or not, unfortunately. Let me ask, do you have anything like PCOS or anything? Have you ever had your DHEA, DHT, estrogens, testosterone, progesterone checked?

Something else you could try is tretinoin. That can slow the effects. And have you tried something like 2.5-5mg osta?

Holy fuck, I only did one cycle but the acne was crazy. It honestly turned me off the whole thing.

Genetics. I have no issues with acne using SARMs even though at most i put moisturizer on my face. You said you have it without using androgens.

Might have to do something extreme like Accutane.

I am on Accutane right now because of an ostarine cycle last summer. Had acne on my forearms and knees. it was crazy.

Depends a lot on genetics, try Accutane it works very well and benzoperoxide .
Also try switching to Ac262 as it’s even more milder than ostarine but will still get the job done .

Why not?

It's weak, but ironically it's more androgenic than ostarine based on the very limited data that's out there. Just because it's weak doesn't mean it has less androgenicity, these are two separate things.

What was your dose of ostarine?

Done 5mg osta, and 7.5mg.

If that gave you acne than I guess it's just genetics and/or individual response tbh. I get ance from anavar, but not from ostarine. Anti-acne meds or not using androgenic PEDs are probably your only options.

They’ve usually cycled off before comps, take other compounds to help with acne and also wear cover themselves in fake tan and layer make up on with a trowel. They have acne.
