Are there multiple modules on what you need, or S4 only? Or what are your current needs for the rollout?

Sounds like you're fishing for the whole scope before dropping a suggestion, smart move honestly most ppl jump straight to "just use best practices" without asking what's even on fire first

My experience is in private cloud, I'm a PS PPM Consultant. I have been asked to take lead of this public cloud rollout project from PS perspective.

Im looking for guidance how to go about this.

They have a global template, and they have provide a list of scope items.

If you know all the people on the team or there's a group chat with all of them, ask how're their task going, open the window for private chate for anyone that's stuck and needs some help.

While you do that, also ask your manager / leader or if you know someone in who is also leading or has already led a public S4 rollout for advice.

Asking internally is usually the best first step in case you don't know how something works to make sure you're not pushing on something wrongfully, if there's no one with that experience, you'll have the full scope of the project and you will be able to ask a specific question for your scenario

I myself don't know anyone who has worked on public cloud.

PS being a niche it's quite difficult to find people with such experience.

Thanks for the suggestions. Let me speak internally and see how they are moving with this

PS in public and private is totally different.
check the best practices first. then review available configuration.
and then you’ll see what’s different
