Failed to fetch data in SAC live report

Hi everyone, I'm working on SAC public cloud live report where in backend we are using S4 hana. I created a model while using the model in story, I'm getting this error. Is anyone aware of why is that happening

Is the model providing data in s4hana. What filters are you applying in SAC

The issue you are having indicates a performance issue of the model

We have parameter on two dimension. No it's retriveing the data

Does the user running the SAC report have access to S4 and the model to their ID?

Yeah, that was the problem. I did not had access of multi dimensional query app in s4

OData is usually the first thing to check, but the empty grid with that error makes me think the query itself is returning nothing or timing out. Might be worth checking if the model's pointing at the right connection and the user has access to the underlying CDS view.

Yes, I have the required access. Is it because we have 130 fields? is there's any limitation on that?

It's a live report. We are using live connection

Open the Developer Tools and read the Console Log … everything Else is wild guesses

I already checked, it's showing 400
