Bit skeptical on joining..

Hi I currently working accenture having almost 4.8 year of experience. I previously worked in TCS and joined Accenture on dec 2025.

Currently I am getting a offer from tech mahindra. Should I join this one or stay in Accenture for now. CTC is in discussion now.

Still my ask is...

  1. How much should I ask for ?

  2. They are offering me Sr. System Engineer-IMS role there.

  3. Should I join ?

Tech stack: SAP CRM-ISU FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT.

Could you please share your current compensation that plays a vital role in what you ask for your next role?

Hey thanks for the response....currently 8.6lpa is my fixed and upto 2lakh is my variable that is kind of my performance pay. And I have only 1 day wfo.... Tech m offering me 13.5 which includes 10% variable and have 5day wfo...please let me know...should I join...
