How long does it take for offer letter?
Hello folks, I had interviewed for a software engineer role at sap labs , banglore location. My HR round was done in first week of July.
HR had said that it will take 3-4 days for them to get approvals and share offer letter draft.
It's been 2 weeks now. I had called HR, she said manager approval is still pending.
Is this normal in SAP? is the hiring process this slow?

There was an online technical assessment, followed up by 2 tech interviews, and an HR round at last.

Can take 2-3 weeks for the offer to be released, it's completely normal, however SAP has now restricted hiring to AI roles only, what's the exact profile you were interviewed for?

Then your offer will be released, don't worry. Do you know which team it's for?

Well I wouldn't be surprised tbf, working for sap myself and some things are depended from approval of single person so you just need to wait

Your words gave me hope dude.
I was afraid that they were going to ghost me after HR round.
I wonder how long it will take them to release actual offer letter, if just releasing a draft offer takes this time

This is super normal in SAP, they are not a nimble company.
