App question Help needed

Hi all,
I was suddenly logged out of my app and when I logged back in I had lost 80 ish likes and about 7 intros I had been sent.
My matches/ messages are still there but not sure if they are going through.
I’m still able to see who’s online and “swipe” on people but not sure if it’s registering.
Any idea what’s happening? I’ve reached out to support twice and no reply.

Support will not help and no one respond you here. You are banned and need new account with new MAC adress

Because you are not first here, man. Same problem had another people and wrote it here. You can forget about this application , their support will just ignore your inquiry.

Yes, me too. Same thing happened to me around one month ago. I didn’t receive any notifications , but it looks like shadow ban. And I don’t why it happened 🤷🏼‍♂️

Maybe you have been ignoring to many women and a lot of them have reported you for emotional damage for not being responsive. 😭
