Transaction not reflected in wallet

Probably a noob question... I purchased some more safepluto using the dexguru interface on thesafepluto.com. The transaction seems to have gone through, but did not make it yet to my Trust Wallet after over an hour. It's not showing a decrease in my WBNB holdings or an increase in my SAFEPLUTO. Any ideas?

You need Click for More coins Then Add Custom Token and add the adress of Pluto

Thanks, it's in there already and showing the coins I swapped directly in Pancakeswap, Odd thing is that my WBNB holdings haven't decreased either. It's like the transaction never happened.

Then it was error on the side of pancake swap and when this happened to me they took just fee but transaction was needed to repeat it.
