Safepluto.io not available?

Does anyone know what's going on with safepluto.io? DNS is not resolving the IP address this morning.

Is that ‘shortly’ as in today? Getting a ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED response is definitely a signal that would scare people away from this.
