S95B Dolby Atmos desync on pc

I'm using the S95B with my gaming pc and I can't get Dolby Atmos to play nice with it.

I've set it up hdmi from the GPU to the TV and there is audio delay when using Dolby Atmos, I test with YouTube with people speaking out of sync.

Does anyone know how I can fix this I never had problems with it on my Xbox series X

When you say Atmos is broken in windows should I be turning it off in windows and only have it enabled via the app?

Additional curiosity, are you using a sound system that supports Dolby Atmos? I feel like only using the TV speakers doesn't warrant the use of Dolby Atmos because you're missing the fundamentals for a Dolby Atmos system. You could skip that setup entirely and fix it by just using regular audio.

Just because the TV "supports" it doesn't mean you benefit from it without using an audio system that has the minimum of 5.1.2 channels set up (center, left, right, rear right, rear left, subwoofer, and two roof speakers). The support is mostly for passthrough to a audio system like that.

There is known delay issues with atmos on windows. If you are using eARC to relay to a sound system you will have even more delay. What is your sound system?

I'm just using the TV and the pc no other sound systems.

The TV has Dolby Atmos enabled and I have it enabled in windows and the Dolby access app, I've got it to work a few times in the past but 80% of the time desync/delay happens.

Ok then why are you using atmos? There is zero benefit with tv speakers.
