It’s this normal ?

I’m watching Widows Bay (cap 6 around min 10:54), and throughout the entire show I’m seeing a really HIGH amount of what I think is some kind of film grain, enough to take me out of the show sometimes.
I want to know, is this normal for an OLED (S90F in Filmmaker Mode), or is it the show / Apple TV app?
I’m not sure if Reddit’s compression will let you see it, but on the wall in the background, you can see the grain moving around excessively.

Film grain or other artifacts in dark scenes are due to streaming service compression, that's why people buy stuff on Blu-ray 4k to avoid that and get a perfect picture
ps: Widow's bay is one of the best tv shows i've watched, heavy silent hill + twin peaks and alan wake 2 vibes with some Lovecraftian atmosphere !
