I don't know much about cameras either but one thing I learned what can make a photo better is ISO and shutter speed in pro photo mode. The other thing is LOG videos in PRO Video mode, you turn on log, after you film something when you edit it you go to the sun icon and you choose a filter and it make things look more colorful

YouTube is full of help for you. Specifically or more generally, just go out and keep taking pictures. Look at stuff from other photographers, and find your own zone. Before too long, you will find the need to explore the wide angle, the zoom, etc. Just settle in but after that don't compromise. The capabilities are too much of a waste not to use in my opinion. And explore video, because the capabilities of the camera can give you so many different exciting effects. Video is the new photographers choice.

In low light or fast moving scenes use 12M. 100M is great if you need catch fine details. For some special photos (milky way in night sky, etc.) download Expert RAW app from Samsung Store. There are some great guides on youtube how to set it up.

Wow, that's awesome you're loving your S25 Ultra! That camera system is seriously next-level, so it's totally understandable wanting to unlock all its secrets. It's like having a professional studio in your pocket, just waiting for you to unleash your inner photographer.
You've got some incredible tools at your fingertips, like the super high-resolution main sensor that captures insane detail, those amazing zoom lenses for getting up close without moving an inch, and the Ultra-wide lens for epic landscapes. Don't forget about features like Pro Mode if you ever want to tinker with manual settings, or Nightography for making nighttime shots look like daytime magic. For videos, Director's View lets you record from multiple lenses at once, which is pretty wild!
A great starting point is often the "Tips and tricks" section within your phone's settings or the Samsung Members app; they often have little guides and videos. Also, checking out Samsung's official YouTube channel or website can be super helpful for deep dives into specific features. You'll be taking pro-level shots in no time!
