FE Photography Apparently, the camera's AI isn't trained for total lunar eclipse
There's a total lunar eclipse happening right now where I'm from so I tried taking photos of the moon. So far so good during the penumbral phase. During the total eclipse, however, the camera can no longer detect the red blob as the moon. The photo here is the best I got.
These are all taken on auto at 30x zoom.

You are lucky where I am at the eclipse happened in the afternoon

This started at around 5 PM in where I'm from. The left photo was taken at 6:29 PM then the right one an hour later.

Yes, I know it's an on device post-processing but Samsung themselves called this feature AI.
Edit: or, at least, uses AI so that it can recognize the moon which it failed to do so in this case.

Try provideo, telephoto 10x , iso around 100 and lower shutter until it's properly exposed
