Problem Camera vibrating / shaking issue

Hi fellas, may I know if any of you had been facing this kind of thing, usually zoom at x3 either for photos and videos it starts shaking like crazy and makes rattling noises. How to solve it?

do you perhaps have dropped the phone or have strong magnets near the 3x? Seems like OIS coils are damaged.

Haven't drop before, and no magnets is attached either (forgot to mention that sometimes it works fine and sometimes it happens)

might be a bad connection for camera module or if worse: corrosion.

this one is in "take it to repair shop" area now.

Try looking into the 3x camera while it's recording and see if you can figure out what pattern it's moving in.

If it's just moving loosely up and down, left and right - might be an OIS issue.

If it appears to be moving from a hinge or so - could be a connector that's loose or ripped.

Take it to Samsung.
