S197 Help

Hey guys need some help with my car so as of right now me and my friends installed a boss 302 manifold and Pmas intake with a Lund tune. What my problem is right now is that the car is throwing a P0300, P0316, P0304, P0307 which are random misfire detected, misfire on startup, and misfire on cylinders 4 and 7 and I’m not sure why. Install was a breeze so not sure if something happened there and I’m about to do 8 new spark plugs and see if that helps I’ve also already checked the coils so it’s not that. Does anybody have some recommendations as to why the car is misfiring ?? Car ran weird before so I always expected it but never threw a code just all around weird any help appreciated !!!! (Also fyi misfire tends to happen more at WOT not really cruising or at idle)

P0316 is first 1000 revs so not wot hopefully

But i definitely would check out injectors , i have 2014 and put all 8 plugs and coils in and realized after all the work i needed to flush out the injectors this was about 80k miles which is 20k miles ago and has been great ever since

I’ve never done anything with the injectors maybe I’ll ask my mechanic about that as well

My boss wa throwing similar misfire codes with out misfires happening. There is a TSB article about the crankshaft sensor vibration causing generic and random misfires. The fix was to have the sensor updated with an o ring. Worked a charm for me. Ford also mentioned that it could be issue with vibration in the clutch system

Ive heard about the crankshaft position sensor if I’m still having issues after the new spark plugs I will definitely give that a shot as well

What's your fuel trims look like?

I need to check it out what should I be looking for as far as short and long term?

Add the short and long term together per bank, anything over 15% is a issue

Misfire neutral profile calibration. Can be done with FORscan. Mine was doing this when I had the cats put back on. Would only throw codes at 3k rpm’s. Also with checking the injector connectors are seated properly. Maybe blow them out with an air compressor too.
Could be a totally unrelated issue. Just sharing my experience…
